The home of Halloween at Wookey Hole

Attention all Witches and wizards! Prepare to dive headfirst into the enchanting realm of Halloween magic with us at Wookey Hole, the home of Halloween. The Witch of Wookey Hole has invited her family home for the holiday, turning Wookey Hole into a bustling coven of magical beings. But fear not, for these spellcasters prefer to treat children, rather than eat them.
Start your adventure with a tour through the great chambers of Wookey Hole Caves, where you’ll learn about the legend of the Witch and see where the most delicious cheese you can imagine is matured.
Once out of the caves, everyone can join in the Giant Pumpkin trail and solve a mystery to win Halloween treats for the kids. Next head to the 4D cinema, where Mystery Inc. will be solving a mystery of their own in the Scoob! 4D Experience.
Delve into the mysterious past of Wookey Hole, in our Museum, where you can even handle the bones of some of the surprising creatures who have called the Valley home. Are you brave enough to watch real life footage of divers exploring the darkest, most hidden recesses of underground Wookey Hole in the cave diving exhibit?
The kids then have a chance to let off steam in the giant soft play (and their grown ups have a welcome chance to have a sit down and grab a coffee).
The Halloween adventure continues in the Circus, where you’ll enjoy a spooky 30 minute original show. Exclusive to Wookey Hole.
Round off your day in the penny arcade, where some of the vintage contraptions hold the power to send shivers down even the boldest spine. Or, for a dash of friendly competition, challenge your clan to a thrilling round of Monster Golf.
Daily Fancy Dress Competition
The Witch loves it when you come dressed up, and there is a daily best-dressed competition at 2.30 in the Theatre.

Our Halloween event is tailor-made for the entire family to enjoy, ensuring that everyone, from the smallest goblin to the wisest wizard, can join in the fun. All of these activities are included in your ticket price.
