British Bird of Prey Day 2023
Join us to celebrate our wild isles and our Native Birds of Prey this August. With two full native species displays, two guest speakers, children's activities, stall holders, conservationist activities, trails and more. Guests including Chris Sperring MBE from the Hawk and Owl Trust, the RSPB, Avon Wildlife Trust, Steve Watson and award winning wildlife author Richard Sale.

Brand new to Berkeley Castle in 2023, we welcome The Knights of Nottingham! Knights and Horses combine for hard hitting Medieval Jousting displays, filled with sword swinging, gut punching thrills… anything can happen and often does with fantastic audience participation and comedy included. Children’s Forest Craft Workshop
A fun-filled day in the woods offering the chance for children to explore, learn new skills and connect with nature. The day will include puppet making, weaving, making winter lanterns, exploration, and a break for lunch! 10am - 3pm.

Frome Window Wanderland
A free community event that transforms Frome town into a walking art trail. The town comes alive as thousands of residents “wander”, discovering & celebrating each other’s lit up window displays. Residents are invited to create their own window display as part of the event - register on our website to appear on the map.
