| Come and join us at Whitehall Garden Centre in Lacock for our Yoga session from 10am until 11am every Wednesday.
Classes start on Wednesday 8th January until Wednesday 8th April (excluding Wednesday 19th February). Yoga is an old discipline from India. It is both spiritual and physical. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness. Yvonne your Yoga instructors from Willow & Grace aim is to ensure that your classes together are enjoyable and inclusive. And to bring Yoga to everyone and anyone. To share the stillness, the joy and her passion for Yoga. This class is suitable for all abilities ranging from beginners to advance. You will find our Yoga class in the Lecture Room located behind plant information. All equipment provided although you are more than welcome to bring your own mat. We recommend bringing water and a towel. |
