Parents from Bristol and South Glos to join SEND rally

Parents from South Gloucestershire and Bristol have said they will be among those attending a rally in London at the end of May to raise awareness of the failures of the current system for children and young people with special educations al needs and disabilities, known in schools as SEND.

SEND National Crisis is a parent led campaign and there are planned marches across the UK on Thursday, 30th May to highlight that education providers are expected to provide an appropriate education on continuous budget cuts.

South Glos SEND Crisis and Bristol Independent SEND Community groups will both join the London march. If you want to get involved, a bus has been booked with Warmley Community Centre being one of the pick up points.

The rally will take place in Parliament Square and a petition will be handed to Number 10.
