This May Half Term, don’t miss a range of entertaining and educational activities taking place for families at The Bishop’s Palace in Wells.
Kicking off on 29th May (Bank Holiday Monday) with a ‘Nature Ninjas’ activity day in the Community Garden, children will be encouraged to try their hand at pond dipping, minibeast hunting, seed sowing and following a specially designed garden trail!
On Friday 2nd June, it’s Family Fun Friday and the theme is “Creepy Crawlies”. Take the little ones along to the Stable Yard Room for creative crafting of Wiggly Spiders, Wriggly Caterpillars and Funny Frogs. When they’ve finished their artistic creations, they can let off steam in the Gardens by following the new Creepy Crawly Trail!
If that hasn’t tired everyone out, then it’s time to visit the Dragon’s Lair play area where kids can let their imagination run wild and explore the themes of the Palace in the most fun way!
