Terrific Tuesday – Mini Gardening

Green fingers at the ready! Our second Terrific Tuesday this summer is all about gardening.
Head to the Apple Loft where you can create your own artwork inspired by Hestercombe’s great gardener, Gertrude Jekyll, in a crafty twist on gardening.
Decorate a pot and then plant it up to take home with you.
Create a pretty paper flower in the Orangery.
Follow the Gertrude’s Garden family trail. You can grow your own garden by filling your trail sheet with the flowers you find.
Our Tea Shed by the Mill Pond will be open selling drinks and cakes and from midday and you can enjoy food from the BBQ (weather dependent).
Normal admission applies. Unless specified otherwise, all activities run 10am – 3pm.
